Hey guys, I need a solution to this, it's doing my head in right now. I just upgraded my Macbook pro 2017 from Mac OS Mojave to OS Catalina. Everything went fine, but I found out that I can no long print word documents. I'm using Ms office 2016, and I can print from other apps like excel, PowerPoint and notes, except word. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the office 2016, but the problem remains. Please I need a solution, thanks.

Me too (145) Me too Me too (145) Me too ReplyAfter BigSur, unable to print with Word for Mac (Vers 16.43) I formerly was able to print with Word, then updated to BigSur and now cannot use drop down nor COMMAND+P to print. No print menu opens. I can log into a different account on my MacBook Air and download Word and bring up a print screen and print, but not for my day-to-day/normal profile. I've deleted and reinstalled Word on my normal profile without success. To print, I have to turn Word doc into a PDF and print from PDF (other apps work with printer). Nothing on Microsoft forums for why this might be.
Print command in Word not working after upgrade Big Sur from 11.1 to 11.2 After installing the Big Sur upgrade from 11.1 to 11.2 the print command in Word (2016 suite) does not work. There was no reaction at all. And it is also no longer possible to export/convert a Word document to PDF format. That command is no longer present in the list. Strange is that Excell documents can be printed. That program works correct. Restarting the Mac did not bring a solution; the safe modus dit not help. It seems to me a bug in 11.2. I am looking for an solution for that print problem with Word.
Can't save as pdf or print documents created in Microsoft word After updating to Big Sur 11.6.5 I can no longer save as pdf files created in Microsoft Word. If I try to print the print window does not even come up. I have the latest version of Office so updates are not the issue. Can anyone help? Thanks Alessandra
